A baby feeling uncomfortable in an environment where everyone in the room is calling it just to give an expression just doesn’t seem right considering that the photo session is to capture that baby’s beauty. So, to make it comfortable, you need to put on some music and lie with the baby for finer shots.
Natural Connection is Essential
Without any of the parent’s presence, the baby cannot feel cozy and warm. A family together makes a picture-perfect portrait. While capturing so many moments, nothing couldn’t top such a view for me. For that, carrying your baby with you would make a beautiful sight in the pictures.
Keeping Them Near Unnecessary Props
As an experienced photographer trained in newborn safety, believe me, nothing can settle the baby in one place. Despite taking proper measures, if you keep the baby in a basket or a crawler against their wish, it can make them feel icky. To avoid that, let them be in a blanket or over a big pillow.
Natural Mood Makes Baby Feel Like Home
Newborns are naturally cute, just like how we look at them besides the photos. Forcing them to play with all the toys while they are not feeling refreshed will make the newborn photo session a waste of time. That’s why it’s always better to leave them as how the newborns act.
